Have to hate stupid people. Specially when they don't even bother to read the sticky threads at the top of this forum. I mean could "PATCHES FOR KNOWN EXPLOITS IN ADVANCED GUESTBOOK" be any clearer?

open up templates/com.php and to the table tag add
|
 |
|
Look in the Advanced Guestbook forum for the Human Verification mod.

I can't say about the borders without seeing the actual guestbook. As to the spam the simple anti spam will help a little but the human verification mod is a better method.

Thi sperson has no understanding of the guestbook or how it works. They read about the exploit on a site somewhere and is just following step by step instructions. 2.3.3 is secure against all known exploits so long as you have HTML turned off.

hmm I think we are at cross purposes. I thought you were talking about Advanced Guestbook 2.3.x and no t1.5 as I now see you are.

It doesn't JUST have a drop down menu. It also has previous page and next page links.

Change the link in your menu to the full http://ccgi.fellglint.plus.com/guestbook/index.php as that fixes it. This is what made me think it was a base_url problem.

Yeah it just makes the timehash always return true.

NOT TESTED
open lib/add.class.php and find
Replace with

I said post a link.

What did you put in for the base url?
|
 |
|
try setting the base_url in the config file.

When I visit it I see the little house that is used to represent the homepage link. You have the two flashing computers, the IE page then the little house. I see the house for evry entry on the page.
BTW does coon mean cat?

ok just to confirm you are saying that when you visit http://neucoon.dk/AdvancedGuestBook/ you do not see any homepage links in the entries?
