Open lib/gb.class.php and look for function get_nav($entry = 0). You will find the image tags in that function.

Your human verification isn't working is why. You have made a mistak ein either addentry.php or add.class.php

Yes spam is becoming a problem hence the three different anti spam methods.

If it states 2.3.x then it applies to 2.3.1 and 2.3.2 but if it states a specific version then it is for that version only. There are some changes between 2.3.1 and 2.3.2 that I had to fit in.

Did you supply a base_url in the config file? the guestbook was not really made to be included. The way I include it was to include the header and footer files at the start and end of the guestbooks index.php file and addentry.php file.
