One you are in the admin section you can use the templates page to view any file on the server. You cannot edit them though unless they have been CHMOD'd to 777.

I'm wondering if they don't have access to either your guestbooks admin or MySQL database.

Smiley codes are stored in SQL. Give me admin access and I'll fix it in minutes.

There is a mod to add these two fields to the guestbook. I will upload it. It does require you to run an SQL query so hope you have access to phpMyAdmin or similar.

OK for some reason everyone of your posts is messed up. They all now contain the puke smiley. Very bizarre. I wonder how they accessed your admin as you are not susceptible to the exploit. You should be able to login and access easy admin with no problems.

EDIT - Oh I see somebody made it so that the puke face was posted wherever there was an e.

Well if he's logging IP's that log into his Admiin then he just got mine. And while I was in there I had a lok at about 90% of the files on his server which just remonded me of something I need to patch in 2.3.2

Personally tempted to just go in and patch his damn guestbook myself.

No except that your hosts have probably mangled it. Actually I'm starting to think that Cpanel bundles these free scripts with it's software to entice hosts but they have mangled the scripts. My advice is always download the official version.
