You will need PHPadmin for this.

[Method 1]
Select the Guestbook database.
Select book_auth.
Now choose Browse.
You now see the admin username and password.
Select edit.
Now paste Code:
773359240eb9a1d9
in the password field and click “GO”.

This will reset your account to:

Your admin name and the password will be: 123

Or do it like this.

[Method 2]
Select the Guestbook database
Now choose on the right side of screen select SQL
Now insert in the Data Entry Field the following lines:

Code:
delete from book_auth;
INSERT INTO book_auth VALUES (1, 'test', '773359240eb9a1d9', '7d8b85294e2e060b83f596a4fc5561ce', 1058460506);

And click "GO"

This will reset your account to:

User name: test
Password: 123

How Can I Retrieve My User Name And Password For My Advanced Guessbook ???
Ok, I uploaded and set a poll. Works fine. However, when I cast a vote I get the "Cannot modify header information blah blahb lah" error. This was in the FAQ text file in the zip that I downloaded. So, I went back to the editor and added:

<html>
<head>
<?php require "poll/db/admin/db/poll_cookie.php"; ?>
<title>Dereks Graphics</title>
<META HTTP-EQUIV="KEYWORDS" NAME="KEYWORDS" CONTENT="web graphic tutorials, web graphic tips, web graphic techniques, photoshop tutorials, photoshop tips,
<META name="DESCRIPTION" content="Original 3d-rendered and 2D computer desktop wallpapers, Links to tutorials on making your own 3d art, and links to some of the best computer art sites on the web.">
<META name="AUTHOR" content="Dereks Graphics,FireFighterLT@aol.com">
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">

Now, am I placinc the PHP thing in the wrong place? This error only happens when I vote?
Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: 'gogg@localhost' (Using password: YES) in /home/gogg/public_html/guestbook/lib/mysql.class.php on line 30

The guestbook was working fine,until some days ago,that I started getting that error,also my forum doesnt work anymore, can somebody help me?

Thank You
I noticed that when I'm trying to make an 8th poll, it just refuses.

When your in the admin panel, and try to create a new poll... It won't show up in the poll listing.

When I check the source in the polldata dir, it seems that it has changed the questions & answers of the 7-file...

It just refuses to create an 8th file... why is this?

I`ve got the same error as Chii. The Poll had worked perfectly but after some time has displayed an error. It wasn`t my fault, as I didn`t change any thing there. Could it be a Provider, that has made any changes on its side? I am wondering what that would be?

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare set_max_bar_length() in /pub/home/yubiley1/htdocs/votes/pollphp/textfile/include/class_poll.php on line 116
