Try username: test
password: 123

it may work
the password is encrypted in the database. you will have to delete the table and re-import it again
did you upgrade your guestbook from 2.2 to 2.3.1 or something

sounds like some variables are missing, maybe you did not upload all the files
hi there,

I've installed Advanced Guestbook, and everything worked perfect
but all of the sudden I've got this:

have you got any ide?
I just inherited a website to maintain for charity and it has an old guestbook, but the person did not know the password. How can I break the password? (i have full admin rights on the domain)
THanks,
Brad
"You can also allow people uploading images to your server. The image width and height can be set here. Every image which is bigger will automatically be resized. To use this upload feature you have to turn SAFE MODE off in your php.ini."

In which path do I find the php.ini to turn SAFE MODE off ?

Thanks in advance

Hi! I installed the advanced guestbook and everything is working except that the icons, graphic, smilies etc...doesn't show up! it's like it doesn't know where to get the files. I saw other user's forum doing that too.

can you help me???

thanks
so you mean, there can't be an include statement in the comment.php file?
I don't know how this happened but I installed the poll script, and for some reason, it is showing two polls.... I don't know what happened but maybe someone here could help... its at www.ubloop.com/poll.php
and the code is...

<?php
include_once "/home/ubloopc/public_html/poll/booth.php";
echo $php_poll->poll_process(4);
?>
<html>

<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1252">
<meta name="GENERATOR" content="Microsoft FrontPage 4.0">
<meta name="ProgId" content="FrontPage.Editor.Document">
<title>New Page 1</title>
</head>

<body>
<p>
<?php
include_once "/home/ubloopc/public_html/poll/booth.php";
echo $php_poll->poll_process(4);
?>
</body>

</html>

Ps... For some reason I can't change my template too... Questionable...
I have just noticed that partially in answer to my OWN posting and anyone that can help - that when I look at the TEMPLATES, it says specifically "Give write permissions to the webserver on the template files!" I have NO idea how to do that, so when someone is able to provide me some simply code to copy/paste - i would also appreciate the answer to the above situation - i.e. how do i get in to provide write permissions once i have code to write. Thanks again for anyone viewing this...
I get it (so does everyone else) when we submit an entry. It does not save the comments. It does work on the admin panel though.
