I just installed advance guestbook how and where do I add a link back to my homepage.

I've lately been hearing rumors
about a new Advance Guestbook.

Is it tru or just crap?

Still can't figure it out.
I'm still stuck with the YIM and MSN thing, but
hypotheticly:

If I upload a totally new guestbook, with the
YIM and MSN + all the files from you're page,
is it possible to make it work then?

Or do I have to upload the MSN and YIM
later and separate.

Hope it's not to much!

Hallo mein Problem ist folgendes:

Ich habe AG erfolgreich installiert und es greift auch über den Administrations-Panel erfolgreich auf die Datenbank zu (alle Tabellen über install.php erfolgreich installiert). wenn ich aber als Gast versuche einen Eintrag zu posten gelange ich direkt wieder auf die Seite zum Eintragen...
Gleiches wenn ich auf Vorschau klicke.

PHP Version 4.1.2
Apache/1.3.23

ich würde gerne das private messaging abschalten, sprich auch die Checkbox soll weg. Ist das irgendwie zu bewerkstelligen ?

Und noch ein Problem. Auf der Sign Guestbook Page steht obeen links "Thank you for stopping by my site". Das möchte ich etwas abändern, aber ich finde das in keiner Datei.

Yeah..uh...I'm kinda stuipd, but going back through it, I totally forgot to put the <Form> Tags in.

I changed the default template to suit my needs, but whenever someone tries to vote, they choose their answer and then when they click VOTE, nothing happens. When they click the results link, it shows them the results [which is zero], but they can't vote!

Can anyone like please help me!

naja, funktioniert leider doch nicht so ganz. irgendwie kollidiert das mit den .class-dateien...

Danke! das hat mir auch geholfen. falls es noch jemanden stört, dass die addentry und comment seiten jetzt immer noch im "vollbild" sind, so kann man das genauso wie für die eigentlich gästebuchseite auch handhaben.

einfach addentry.php und comment.php in deinem layout includen und dann die seiten zb gbadd.php und gbcom.pho nennen.

in der config-datei ändert man dann die entsprechenden pfade wie folgt:

/* guestbook pages */

...
$GB_PG["comment"] = "gbcom.php";
$GB_PG["addentry"] = "gbadd.php";

ich hoffe es klappt auch bei euch!

I believe it states it in the Help file.

It should be a file called .htaccess
