Hi Guys!

I would like some help with an issue I'm having with the PHPPoll. I have two polls I want to put on a certain page, so here's what i put into the code:

<!--#include virtual="/poll/poll_ssi.php?poll_id=1" --> <!--#include virtual="/poll/poll_ssi.php?poll_id=2" -->

When I do this, the polls show up, one under the other. Is there any way I could do it and the polls would show up next to each other on the page, like it is shown on the demo page here on proxy2.de?

For Example, here's what it looks like now:

PoLLPOLL1
POLLPOllL2

but what i want it to look like is:

PoLLPOLL1 POLLPOllL2

Thanks
Beside me problem with Access Stat

here is my log.pl

#!c:/perl/bin/perl.exe
#!/usr/bin/perl

# url to the image file
$output = "http://localhost/stat/log.gif";

# path to the log files from the server root without trailing "/" (chmoded to 777 (drwxrwxrwx))
$base_dir = "e:/usr/apache/cgi-bin/stat/logfiles";

advanced guestbook select->options generate too many newlines to HTML output. A way to solve this?
I've got a question that goes along with this one.

When I log in for first time using test and 123, i want to change password, but it asks for current user name, current pass, and new pass. So i'm using test and 123 as current user and pass, then I type my new pass in but all I get is an error saying 'passwords do not match'. any suggestions?

Hi

AFAIK you can right click on the directory or file and then select Properties -> Security.

You may have to be logged in as administrator to do all the possible changes to the permissions.

I hope this helps

The readme.txt file is pretty weak.

It mentions nothing about changes that need to be made to stat.pl or log.pl...

HELP PLEASE!
Trying to catch a lamer if possible, is it possible to have the poll log the ip, show what that person voted for, how many times etc? And to do this, how would you allow multiple votes but still with ip logging?
Please somebody help me..

When i put this code in my .php index page.

<?php
// Important! You have to include it before your html code
include_once "/opt/home2/ruudsdesign/public_html/poll/textfile/poll_cookie.php";
?>

<html>
<body>
<?php
include_once "/opt/home2/ruudsdesign/public_html/poll/textfile/booth.php";
echo $php_poll->poll_process(3);
?>
</body>
</html>

Then you see on my page

poll_process(3); ?>

see my page www.ruudsdesign.com

Whats going rong....please help me!!!
I would also like to add a few things like Home Page and Pictures to my Jump Menu. Any code I modify crashes the script, so I decided not to touch it. Thanks ahead of time!
When i try change and save "templates" i get this error message:

/www/int2000/a/10996/html/poll/templates/simple/result_head.html

What is wrong? I cant cchange any of those templates, just have to use "default"

Removing that HTML code did fix my problem. BUT....that did take out the functionality for the picture and the email, and I would reallly like these features on my guestbook. If ANYONE has a solution...please post it. Thanks and good job to the author and to who fixed that bug!
