You need to configure the settings.
Go to the admin section.
Click on General Settings.
Change the first 2 fields ie URL to poll directory & URL to image directory.
eg if your files are located in /home/domain_name/public_html/phpfolder/pollphp,
then the settings should be /phpfolder/pollphp/textfile & /phpfolder/pollphp/textfile/image.

ui have to littel problems
1) i cannot see images beside 'general options' 'templates' çreate poll' etc in the admin panel
2) when people vote, it appears the % of each option, but the little bar is always white, anda no the color i selected for eacho one

everytihng else works perfectly
if someone knows waht could be happening please help me

How can I set for Advanced Poll to set next poll after one of them has expired. I' ve manualy added time limit for one week (7 days) and after that period same poll stays forever and doesn't switch to next one. I dont need for poll to be random, I have set of questions and I want to automaticly switch them after some period, in this case 7 days. Please help me if you can to solve my problem. thanks

Script works as advertised. Installation was relatively straight forward.

When I use the posted link to access the admin page the password page comes up as expected. All that is displayed here is a form that requires you to enter a password. I enter the password and get an error saying the page is not available.

Yes the password is correct!

I wrote in the body of my FrontPage editor this:

But when i publish the page or i do a preview the page. This message appear in the body of my page

poll_process("random"); ?>

I tried to delete the symbol ">" and the frontpage no show me any error but the poll no work.

I'm sure that Frontpage has a problem in the line

echo $php_poll->poll_process("random");

But i don't have idea what i have to do?

I'm having the same problem as the person above.

I go to the page generated by top download: http://www.domain.com/cgi-bin/download.pl?job=show&top=15 ... Then I click on the "Downloads by Day" link. The following message gets displayed:

Top Downloads 2.0

Invalid log file daylog.txt.

At the following url: http://www.domain.com/cgi-bin/download.pl?job=stats

I have noticed that all the download count for all zips remains 0 even though I know people are downloading (I asked a few people to download to test it).

When I checked stat_js.pl as justus04011 recommeneded above, $basedat = "log.txt"; , is correct.

Can anyone tell my how I can apply a template to the Guestbook.

I have a standard template setup that I use to create new web pages for my site. I use Dreamweaver.

I have setup the Guestbook and its running like a dream. However, I want to apply my main template to it (so my nav bar appears at the to of each page)

I have done this for other PHP scripts (by editing the html file) so I know it can be done, but I cant find any file to apply my template to.

Can anyone help ......... PLEASE
