Yes just put <br> at the end of the user_pic.php file.

It's not going to wrap around the image if the text does not go past the image.

Yup that's bad. I'd suggest either switching to Lazarus or have a look at THIS MOD. Using that modification you could add http to the blocked word list.

You would have to edit add.class.php as well as add a header to the end of the mail function to make it send as HTML.

The first and third things are easily done by editing the templates in admin.

You need to speak to your hosts about this.

Is the cookie include the very first thing in your file?

It's an issue with this site. Just keep trying and it eventually works.

I'd say then that IE's default setting is now set to block cookies that are not coming from the site you are viewing or possibly just doesn't like cookies from I addresses.

Cookies are not needed since the IP is logged to prevent revoting.

Wouldn't hurt to try.
