All I see on the comments page is the captcha form which is there to stop spam.
When I last spoke to Mr Uong he said he was looking at other scripts. Well one in particular.
It's saying that the database information in your config.inc.php file is incorrect.
body.php in the templates folder.

An entry is a guestbook entry. Comments are responses to entry.
A comment yes but not an entry.
Password protection only exists for comments.
Somewhere in add.class.php it must be called. Look in form.php to see what the variable name is then look in add.class.php.
The problem is that gb_token is empty. What changes did you make to the files?
Try turning off captcha for a while. The on/off is in config.inc.php.
You mean:

One of the input fields does not seem to be valid.?
Whats the address?
Are you using the latest version? 2.4.2?
Rename the folder and use a robots.txt file to stop Google and other search engines listing it.
