open templates/form.php and remove This will stop them being able to supply an email address.

If you don't want to show emails thathave already been added open lib/gb.class.php and look for and delete everything except the
What is your first language? If it's a European languge then feel free to use it as I'm sure one of us will know it.
The instructions provided are simple enough.

1 - Edit the config.inc.php file found in the admin folder to reflect your MySQL username, password and server location.

2 - Upload everything to your web space.

3 - CHMOD (change the permissions of) the tmp[/] and [b]public folders to 777.

4 - Run install.php, again providing your MySQL details.

5 - View the guestbook in your web browser and login to the admin section then change the password.
Not at present no. I may look into it at some point but the way I see it is it's easier to just delete any offensive posts as they appear rather than having to say yes or no to EVERY single post.
Just remember if you CHMOD the templates directory to 777 then anyone with access to your Admin section or, in some cases, anyone sharing your server can edit the template files.
I think they mean on the add entry page Amber. These are hard coded as you know.
I assume you mean in the guestbook. You have to think about how that would deform the table used to display the entries. But yes it is easily possible.
The smilies you see on the add entry page are hard coded at present. If you look in this forum you will see a thread by Amber on how to change them.

The mysql.so extension library does not come with the PHP or MySQL distributions. It must be installed separately by downloading the php-mysql RPM.

Having SQL and PHP installed does not mean you have the SQL libraries for PHP installed.
It means that your hosts do not supply you with MySQL.
In that case then yes, you can use the counter on any page type.

That all depends on how the server has been set up.
I'll download it when I get home and play around.
hmmmmm try count.txt 777 (drwxrwxrwx)
I'm always open to discussing paganism. My forum would be the better location for it though.

Nothing wrong with the title album, I usually do anyway. Makes a change from all then sentimental clap trap they churn out each year in a bid to cash in.

And yes, a search of this site would of found you the thread you wanted.
