Had to change file_uploads = On in php.ini

Clicking 'Submit' and/or 'Preview' resets the form. No records are addd. No errors shown.

I installed phppoll (textfile) and have the following question :
how long does a user have to wait, until he or she can submit a vote again ? Is it possible to tell the cookie somehow that a user has to wait for 24 hours until he or she can participate again ?

Eine Frage habe ich aber jetzt :
wie lange muss jemand, der abgestimmt hat, warten bis er nochmal abstimmen darf ? Geht es, dass man per Cookie bestimmt, dass jemand nach 24 Stunden wieder freigegeben wird und er wieder abstimmen darf ?

Hi, I've followed the instructions and set the correct permissions according to the readme, but none of my image files are linked correctly.

No matter what sub directory I put my files in, the link to the images shows up as:

www.mysite.com/~polls/pollphp/textfiles/images/xxxx.

Is there something I need to edit to fix this? I've tried einstalling, redoing permissions, changing directory names, but nothing works.

Hi i am very new to php and mysql i dont know waht these values mean and what i am supposed to input inside of them.
