So right to left is no big deal I would think. You might not get the guestbook to flip backward so to speak like your forums. But text shouldnt be a problem.

That is my signature you are correct. Was it directed at you? No it wasn't! Can it be directed at you? Yes it can. Hey integam Go SEARCH for your answer pee brain! Are you happy now. It is now directed solely at you. Now may I suggest since you have such a sensitive nature you go visit a site which my better suit you. http://www.disney.com
integam wrote:I will just replace the guestbook with a different program. That is the problem with these forums... there are a few that take it upon themselves to be the arrogant jerks with all the answers. I know to search, a**hole. I know to look over the forums. I also know that I have a client who needs answers, and my health is not conducive to that right now.

My apologies, Carbonize, but I'll look elsewhere.

Bill K.

Did I tell you to search? No I didnt! Did I point out what your problem is? Yes I did! Seems to me you are the one with the atttitude problem. This is what I said.

It seems there is nothing I can do then. My provider is reasonable, but admitably cheap so I guess this occasional issue to something I have to just put up with.

Chris

Cheap does not always mean bad. Mine is cheap as far as cost in what I get for what i pay per year.
I would suggest coppermine. Which can be found at the link below. Also if you want to see one in action you can go to these two links. As far as it looking like what you have now. You will have to do your own customizing.

thank you

I think carbs update script will update you right up to 2.3.3. But Iam not positive on that. Wont hurt to try. Or you can just go to his site and get the lazarus GB which has all the nice built in antispam features in it plus lots of other goodies.

No need to ask questions that have been asked and responded to many times before. Thats why phpbb put that nifty little SEARCH BUTTON At the top.
bjr56 wrote:after further research I believe I am using the correct version, 2.3.1, but I may not have my permissions set correctly. Where and how should I set my permissions to be able to modify the templates? I've looked at other posts in here to change my permissions but there is conflicting information as to where and what to set. Thanks.

Trevers version worked on 2.2 and early 2.3.1. If it doesnt work for you then you probably edited wrong.
