open poll_cookie.php and edit it. See: http://proxy2.de/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2203

Auron has explained this over and over again. There is a search feature at the top of this forum. If you did a search for the term "cookie" you would get all the posts with the answer to your question. It would help if you did a search before posting future questions. Thanks.

Are you doing this from the Admin Panel? Did you give write permissions to all the files in the templates/popup directory (chmod 666)? Chmod Templates directory and Popup directory to 777? I tried this and it worked fine first time. Here's what I did:

1. Verify permissions are set correctly

2. In Admin Panel, click on "Templates" icon

3. In the Templates box on the right, select the desired template (popup), then click on the icon to the right of the box.

4. On the left side under Templates, make sure it shows the template you want to work with in blue, (popup)

5. In the "display_foot" box, cut the following code from lines 7-8:

6. Cick on "Save"

Inspector Clouseau strikes again.
Sounds like your passwords are all messed up. Do you know how you were hacked? Did you have html enabled?

Check the config.inc.php file... but you need to know your database password.
  • Admin config.inc.php file:

So you answer each post individually, as opposed to the standard reply you set up in Admin?
Did you read page one of this thread?

You need a host that offers php and GD 1.6 or higher.

Download the png counter from this site's free scripts page and unzip. Decide whether you will use the flatfile or database to store the counts. These instructions are for the flatfile:

Upload the pngcount/counter directory to your web space:
  • public_html
    [list:d74cc7d3f3] counter
    [list:d74cc7d3f3] digits
    doc
    pages
    config.inc.php
    counter.php
    demo.php
    error.php
    phpinfo.php
  • [/list:u:d74cc7d3f3][/list:u:d74cc7d3f3]
Chmod file permissions as per the doc/readme.txt file.

Place the code in the document you want the counter to appear in, changing the page name and digit name to yours.

You may need to adjust the path (counter/counter.php), depending on where the files are stored.

Good luck. If it doesn't work, post back here again.
Go to the Support forum and do a search for Png Counter. There is a recent thread which should still be on page one.
    Edit templates/com.php.

Since you're doing this in Admin, it ought to have worked... did you scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "submit settings"?

    Here's the link about smilies:

I couldn't find any poll or "song of the month" link. Can you make it a little easier to find, like the direct link?
I think you need a Persian language file. You could do an Internet search to see if someone has already come up with one, or create one yourself.

In the lang folder are all of the current language files. Pick the english.php, or arabic.php, or whichever you are most comfortable with, make a copy and translate it to your language. Also translate the codes file (for explanation of smilies and AG codes.)

If you create a file or find one on the Internet, you might let Carbonize know in case he wants to add it to the update he is creating.
Chmod the templates directory and all the template files in it to 777.
Thanks, Auron. I guess if I had been paying attention I would have noticed that word "result".
